  1. Enable the Dashboards and Scheduled Reports to be exported as a PDF

    Please give us a button to export a dashboard or scheduled report by PDF vs. just an HTML email. Will allow reporting to clients to run much quicker and smoother.

    Maybe allow us to customize with a logo / header too :-)

    • Customize campaign dashboard view by clicks, click rate, visits and all campaigns, not just top 10

      The campaign dashboard is an excellent view by either all or one campaign. Would love to be able to do the following:

      1. View more than just top 10 campaigns... how about a drop down or field allowing us to choose the number or all?

      2. Sort by more than just number of opens. Click rate and visit rate are by far more important gauges of interest vs. number of opens. It'd be great to sort by those similar to how contacts can be sorted by various fields.

        A re-vamp of the Campaign Dashboard is on our radar and the enhancements you suggest will be part of it. We’ll update you when we have more info.

      • Export list memberships alongside contact details

        Would like to be able to export list memberships alongside contact details. This way we can easily see all of the list memberships of contacts within a specific segment. If that feature is built in we can then determine trends with our prospects in terms of list membership. Or easily show clients which lists their hot prospects are members of.

        • new filter on DateTime and Date Custom fields - first of the month

          Is it possible to add a new filter on DateTime and Date custom fields to allow customers sending emails on the first of the month that the date is in.
          Example:
          2 contacts : first with yearly subscription date to 06/15/2014 and second with 07/25/2014.
          I want to send an automatic email on the first of the month (according to the date) to say : "Your subscription will end the {subscriptionDate}, please reload your subscription to our service..."

          • Add net-results e-mails as notes on Sugar Leads/Contacts

            We use Sugar as our CRM. Right now our e-mail history pretty much remains in net-results. When we send e-mails through Sugar they are all stored in the Notes section. Sugar provides an API to push the net-results e-mails back to our leads or contacts as notes.

            Sugar also provides a BCC address that will funnel outgoing e-mails back into Sugar to link the e-mail as a note on a Lead or Contact through the "To" e-mail address. Adding the ability to CC and BCC e-mail addresses on each e-mail would also suffice for our requirements.

              We plan on adding this feature this year, not sure about the ETA yet. We weren’t aware of the BCC feature available in Sugar and will look into whether this is workable across our Sugar using customer base.

            • API authentication token

              The API authentication could be made smarter (by implementing OAuth2 for example) so that it only authenticates once per site install, then retrieves and stores a token that is used for all future requests.

                We plan on OAuth2 at some point but it’s not a high priority. It’s fairly simple to authenticate once per session and the pass the session_id with subsequent API calls. This functionality should be built into the “wrapper” your developers are using. If not poke us and we can share some code on how to simplify.

              • Add spam scrubbing feature to remove spam before it is synced to a CRM

                I have a client who has been asking for a spam scrubbing feature. Essentially, when a new contact is created, the spam scrubbing feature would capture the bad entries (or at least some of them) and prevent them from syncing over to SFDC or whatever CRM that you have. Apparently this is a feature that Marketo, Pardot and other platforms have.

                • Add the ability to simulate the campain

                  It's hard to debug a complex campaign and confirm that it will indeed work. Since its customer facing the default reaction is to avoid a multistep nurture campaign because you can't easily test it. We can go through the process but I may have multi day delays between triggers. I need the ability to step through the campaign to debug it before it goes live/customer facing.

                    We agree that the Nurture Campaigns can be difficult to test. We’ve been mulling solutions to this and we’re headed toward a change in how these campaigns are assembled and executed. We’ll keep you posted as things progress.

                  • Add lead scoring icons

                    I have a client who would like to add lead scoring icons. Essentially, these icons would display to show when a lead was considered "hot", "cold", maybe even show changes in the lead score. For example "Stop light style – or flame or something to indicate a scale of when it’s a really hot lead."

                      Great suggestion. Our current thinking is that a user could define the thresholds for cold, warm and hot (though there would be defaults in place if they didn’t want to set them).

                      Do you have any thoughts on that or other ideas for how you’d like to see this implemented?

                      You should have the ability to view contacts subscriptions

                      You should then be able to run reports on this data to create easy to understand charts and graph to look for trends in your subscriptions and un-subscriptions in order to tweak and modify email content to lower your unsubscribe and opt-out rates.

                          The reports available via campaign statistics are not currently customizable. We currently need to download the statistics as well as the contact report to establish a spreadsheet with enough information to contact the leads for each campaign. This becomes VERY time consuming. I have attached an email between Todd Newton and myself for further explanation.

                          • Allow segments based on the SugarCRM Opportunity module

                            Marketing to a Contact is great; however new sales are always more difficult than repeat customers. It would be incredibly helpful if we could use contact activity in the Opportunity module to market to them.

                            For example: If a contact purchases a Toyota Prius, I do not want to send him an email telling him to purchase a second Toyota Prius, 30 days later.

                            Instead, I want to tell him to buy car accessories.

                            Net-results could allow me to segment based on Opportunity Stage, Type, or even Name, in order to more accurately communicate with contacts.

                                I have a client who uses the form builder and would like to have the ability to set multiple field values in the form builder if possible. It seems like it should be possible.

                                  I have a client who is based out of Austin TX but has a big team in India that uses NR. The team in India is asking for time zone support for when sending an email so that they do not need to do the time conversion calculations manually.

                                    The ability to have multiple options map to the map to the same field and be saved as multiple responses under a single field.

                                    Example scenario, how it currently works.

                                    Custom Field called "Favourite Colours"

                                    Question: What colours do you like?

                                    * Red -> "Favourite Colours"
                                    * Green -> "Favourite Colours"
                                    * Blue -> "Favourite Colours"

                                    Currently only the last option get's saved in Net Results regardless of if the user has checked other options. So in this case, Blue, if the user has checked it, it will be saved, otherwise the "Favourite Colours" field will be blank.

                                      When I receive an alert, it seems to make sense that the Alert should display the contact's Lead Score, Lead Stage and possibly the Lead Owner in addition to what is currently displayed (name, address, phone, email, etc.).

                                        • How to easily reflect the contents of submitted forms (incl. custom fields) when transferring MQLs

                                          Our sales are organized by regions, and the Hot Leads (the ones who submit a form - we have several forms in this category) are compiled in enhanced segment alerts, the segments defining the regional dispatch based on the value of the Country field. The issue with alerts is that they do not contain the contents of a submitted form, while this information is key for sales reps to further qualify the marketing-qualified-lead.

                                            Thanks for the suggestion Nicolas. We are planning to add Conversion reporting in the near future and will consider your need to distribute such reports by country/segment. More to come…
