Super simple request: for the sake of clarity on the Campaign Overview report, rename "Clicks" and "Visits" in the top table "Unique Clicks" and "Unique Visits" and in the lower table, rename to "All Clicks" and "All Visits" to clarify why the numbers differ between top and below. Currently, if you want to apply form submission as a segmentation criteria, you have to select one form at a time. Many of our segments rely on looking at any number of forms (more than a dozen, and growing), and so it would be super helpful to be able to construct the criteria so it allows "Does submit" any form.3 votes

Currently, data only shows for hosted forms, making reports misleading. I'm having to explain to customers why this is inaccurate.3 votes
The landing pages are currently not responsive. It would be great to have mobile friendly landing pages since this is where actual conversions occur and more and more people are browsing on mobile devices.4 votes

NetResults is already integrated with SugarCRM, which is the foundation of SuiteCRM. As SuiteCRM continues to grow and release new updates it will drift farther and farther away from SugarCRM's infrastructure, features, and enhancements. There 25,000+ developer community and millions of downloads in last 3 years of this open source CRM which will open up a large and rapidly growing user base. I just want to make sure that NetResults will continue to maintain it's integration with SuiteCRM for years to come as their software development progresses.3 votes
There are a lot of places where you can see the leads score. But as far as I can see, on most of them you can only see the default scoring (except on contact details and in my leads, but you can only see leads assigned to you).
Two places where I would expect to be able to choose a different scoring overlay:
- Sales dashboard
- My visitors email report

Rather than toggle, we plan to allow you to drag and drop segment conditions. This will allow you all manner of flexibility and a simpler experience with less clicks. Planned for 2016… :)

This is a great suggestion. It’s as good a suggestion as it is lame having to type all the options for a drop down list.
It’s likely that we’ll move forward with this when we add the ability for form fields to display conditionally (which is planned for 2016).
It's counter-intuitive to open an existing email and then click save-as rather than clicking save-as before you open the email. So, my request is simple: Put a "Save As" button on the My Emails page like you have on the My Campaigns page.
That way, I can duplicate without having to open an email.4 votes
I can't save the settings for update the launch date when I'm editing a campaign and its launch date passes.
"Save" gives me a "please correct errors before saving" error.
Trying to correct the "error" gives me an "unsaved changes" error.3 votes
This makes no sense and it's a huge waste of time to require me to input a future launch date when all I'm doing is saving work on a campaign. It'd be better to only require this if I try to activate the campaign.2 votes
We get where you’re coming from with this request, but we can easily picture people coming forward with the opposite perspective if we stop validating the dates of email sends when they’re entered. Something like…
“Why didn’t you let me know my dates were invalid when I entered them? Now I have to go back and change them all”.
Are you building the campaign out today but with uncertain launch dates that you’d like to set later? We’re wondering if this is a common scenario.
Please let us know and allow us to think on this one a bit.

To do this we’d have to rework the layout throughout Campaigns (this layout is also used in Forms, maybe elsewhere too) which takes it out of the “low hanging fruit” category – but it makes sense and we’re big fans of that.

The system needs to know which campaign type you intend to create and it’s not something that can be toggled once the campaign has been created. That said…
We’ll take a look at how this can be modified to stop being a pain and popping up after you’ve already begun setting things up.
