A/B testing is nearly complete. We’re in the home stretch – finalizing reporting, making the interface pretty, and working through QA testing.
ETA is October, thanks for your patience :)
We’ll soon have support for data flow between Net-Results and several Zoho products including CRM via our integration with Zapier.
This is in the works with an ETA of Q4!
Mailchimp has a nice integration with Survey Monkey. It would be great for NR to offer a similar integration. No other automation system seems to have it.14 votes
Some progress to report here – We’ll soon have support for data flow between Survey Monkey and Net-Results via Zapier.
This is in progress now with an ETA of Q4, thanks for your patience!
It would be great to be able to edit image and form sizes in the landing page editor to make everything fit nicely on a page.14 votes
Images may now be re-sized via drag & drop in the Landing Page Builder. We’re working on enhancements that will cover the other half of this request – the appearance of Forms.
I have a large client who has been with us for years and they have been requesting WebEx integration. As a company, they use WebEx, not GoToMeeting, so it would be very difficult for them to switch.10 votes
Work began a few weeks ago on integrating with WebEx. Our ETA on this is a bit soft at the moment. Don’t quote us just yet but at the moment it’s looking to be about 3 weeks out.
Would be nice to have a few out of the box templates that would work with the landing page builder. For simple or temporary campaigns, may be able to just use them with minor style / logo changes.9 votes
We’ve had to split the responsive, template-driven email builder from the responsive, template-driven landing page builder (due to the substantial differences in the underlying html that is generated, thank Microsoft and Outlook users).
The email builder is slated to be live in December. The landing page builder will follow but we don’t have a specific ETA.
Apologies that this has slipped. The new builders are very high priority and are the daily focus of our most senior developer.
We use GMail for our corporate email. I would really like to see a GMail plugin that allows for my emails to be traced so if people click on our site links from my email, I can see who is browsing our site. I strongly believe that most of the people visiting our site are people that we are emailing individually but I can't see who they are.7 votes
We’re in the testing phase with a new Gmail plugin.
- be notified when emails are opened or clicked
- pull in an email template from Net-Results (or just compose an email as you normally would)
- view the “Activity Stream” for your email recipient in Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SugarCRM or your custom CRM
Thanks for your patience :)
Currently, if a client requests (either via a manual email reply or over the phone) that they would like us to stop sending them certain kinds of emails (but they do NOT wish to completely opt out), there is no way for us to edit their Subscription Preferences FOR them.
So, we end up having to create a 'Exclude List' and remember to add it to Campaigns.
Solution: change 'Unsubscribe' to 'Subscription Management' on Contact Profile. Allow us to EITHER unsubscribe or check a Contact's preferences for them from there.7 votes
We’ll soon be rolling out a complete overhaul of subscriptions in Net-Results. You’ll be able to designate any Net-Results List as a “Subscription List”. This will allow you to manage any Contact’s subscriptions by adding/removing them to/from the appropriate Lists.
You’ll be able to easily filter your Lists as “marketing” lists, “subscription” lists or all lists.
Barring anything unexpected this will be live in October.
Thanks for the suggestion, the votes, and the patience!
I have a client that is requesting Highrise CRM integration.4 votes
We’ll soon have support for integration to Highrise CRM via Zapier! Stay tuned…
It would be great to be able to have a button on funnelvision desktop that would allow a user to view the prospect's Sugar record.4 votes
Excellent idea, already in the works.
The ability to click through to the Lead/Contact record in SugarCRM/Salesforce.com will be added shortly.
Currently when a list of contacts are displayed that are filtered for a specific list, there is no way bulk remove contacts from a list. The only way to remove contacts from a list is on an individual basis. It would be nice to be able to bulk remove contacts in the Contact list view.4 votes
Massively simplified bulk list removal is going live along with a complete overhaul of Subscriptions. Expect to see this within 2 weeks.
By allowing custom fields to be any data type, you will enhance integration with outside systems (CRM, for example), and allow more useful rules to built into segments, list creation, campaigns, etc.4 votes
We’ve been working on this for a while and are very close to rolling out integers, dates, currency and other custom field types in Net-Results.
Of course you’ll be able to Segment using these new field types which will allow you to score, alert, report, campaign, etc. based on all of them.
The landing pages are currently not responsive. It would be great to have mobile friendly landing pages since this is where actual conversions occur and more and more people are browsing on mobile devices.4 votes
We’re deep into the process of adding a completely new Landing Page experience to Net-Results.
- Mobile responsive templates
- Support for multiple domains
- Snappy drag and drop that we’re finding is fun to use :)
There will be more news on this soon. Thank you for the suggestion!
We’ve recently completed work on a full integration with Litmus (http://www.litmus.com) that soon will allow you to see how your email will render in 30+ email clients. You’ll also be able to see how your email will be viewed by popular spam filtering software.
We expect to have these features live in Net-Results very soon and will let you know when they’re available.
I would like to set a lead score overlay condition based on the lead having no activity at all in the last 30 days. I see that I can score if they did not visit a website in the last time period, but what if they didn't open an email or visit or click, etc.--"whole" program inactivity?2 votes
We’ve made some progress here but it needs some more refinement before it’s ready for primetime. ETA pretty soon.
- Don't see your idea?
